At Dati Headwear you have the right to return your order within 30 days. If you are not happy, we are not happy.
If the item is defective upon arrival, Send an email to us with pictures and description of the defect. Once the email and picture is received, DATI Headwear will reply in one of the below ways (DATI Headwear is not responsible for damage caused by shipping carrier, you may choose to purchase shipping insurance at checkout).
- A full refund will be issued immediately
- A return shipping label will be attached to reply email and once we receive the item returned, a full refund will be issued
- Additional photos or proof of defect may be requested
If the item is in good condition upon arrival
Return shipping is paid by you, the customer. The shipping should be traceable. You, the customer, are responsible for the cost and risk of transporting the returned goods to DATI Headwear
How to make a return:
- Send an email to DATI Headwear with your order number and the reason for your return and we will reply with our return address.
- Write a note with your name and order number that you put in the box together with the product you wish to return
- Pack your return well, preferable in the original box to the return arrives to us in good conditions, put a note with your order number in the box, tape up the box , and tape on the return label with our return address on the box.
- Hand in your return to your post office
- As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation to your email and refund you for the product you have returned.
The return right applies to unused products with the original stickers and labels
The return right does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications (customized) or are clearly personalized.
